Residential Programme:

A minimum three month in-house stay where patients reside at the facility, providing a supportive environment for focused recovery.

This program includes:

  • Life Skills Development: Practical skills are integrated into the therapy to empower patients for life after the program.

  • Nutrition-Focused Meals: A nutritionist-designed menu ensures all meals—breakfast, lunch, and supper—are both delicious and nourishing to support overall well-being.

After completing the three-month program, patients are encouraged to join our Aftercare Program, which offers continued support to maintain their recovery journey. This program includes:

Relapse Prevention: A Proactive Approach

After completing the minimum three-month program, patients are encouraged to join our Outpatient Relapse Prevention Program, which provides ongoing support to help them maintain long-term recovery.

Program Features:

Weekend Retreat Safety Program

Patients check in on Saturday at 10 AM and check out on Sunday at 4 PM, bringing their own sleeping bags. Meals will be provided.

Weekends can be especially challenging, as patients often feel vulnerable and face increased temptations. By spending this critical time at the center, they remain in a safe and supportive environment, reducing the risk of relapse.

The retreat serves as a protective safety net, helping them stay focused on their recovery.

During their stay, they will participate in the center’s structured recovery program, which includes:

  • Group and individual counseling

  • Social work support, including family intervention when needed

  • Self-reflection and motivational talks

  • Recreational activities that foster camaraderie

  • A structured martial arts program to build discipline and resilience.

Online Support

For those who cannot attend in person, virtual sessions offer continued guidance and accessibility.

By staying connected to the center and its counselors, patients maintain accountability and receive the ongoing support they need.
